  {one} when was the last time you used a pay phone (if ever)?I went to a two week summer camp in panama floriday when I was in the 8th grade. While I was there I had a calling card I could use to call my parents everyday. I always used the pay phone to call them becuase the camp phone was always in use or it was so nosy around it. I can honestly say that is the only time I have used a pay phone.

{four} have you ever served jury duty?yes {five} how old were you when you moved out of your parents’ house?I moved out of my parents house completly right after I turned 17. I got my own place when I was 18.
